By accessing or using the Coresense AR Menu application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Coresense provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables restaurants and food establishments to create and manage interactive digital menus through automated features, including:
- Self-service menu creation and management.
- Automated QR code generation for menu access.
- Augmented Reality (AR) visualization of menu items.
The Service is a fully automated software solution and does not include consultation, manual content creation, or in-person support.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- You are solely responsible for all content you upload to your digital menus, ensuring it complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.
4. Subscription and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis.
- Pricing may be modified with 30 days' written notice via email or through the Service.
- Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access to the Service.
- All fees are non-refundable, except as specified in the Refund Policy below.
5. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to potential maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.
- Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability, and we will notify users in advance where possible.
6. Intellectual Property
- The Service, including its software, features, and functionality, is owned by Coresense and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.
- You retain ownership of all content you upload to your digital menus. By uploading content, you grant Coresense a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process such content solely to provide the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms.
- Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Non-payment of subscription fees.
You may terminate your subscription at any time via your account settings, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coresense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
- Coresense's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
- We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect.
- Continued use of the Service after changes are effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Refund Policy

1. Demo Policy
We offer a free, comprehensive demo of the Service to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction. The demo allows you to:
- Test all features, including menu creation, QR code generation, and AR visualization.
- Evaluate the Service's suitability for your business before subscribing.
2. Refund Policy
- 14-Day Refund for Subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase or within 14 days of a subscription renewal, provided you notify us via info@coresense.org. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Other Refunds: Beyond the 14-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable except in the following cases, reviewed on a case-by-case basis:
- Technical issues preventing Service use, unresolved after 48 hours of reporting.
- Duplicate charges or billing errors, verified by our billing team.
- Extended Service unavailability (7+ consecutive days) due to our fault.
3. Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually and are non-cancelable mid-term.
- Subscription changes (e.g., upgrades or downgrades) are prorated but non-refundable.
- Unused portions of subscriptions are not refundable, except as specified above.
4. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period, with no refunds for the remaining period.
- Data is retained for 30 days post-cancellation, allowing reactivation if desired.
